These terms apply to ringlora.com and to restaurants and takeaways that use Ring Lora. Your restaurant’s signed order form or agreement, where there is one, takes priority over these terms.

The service
Lora is an AI phone assistant that answers calls for your restaurant, takes collection, delivery and pre-orders from your menu and rules, and sends orders to your kitchen or ordering workflow. Features such as payment links and returning-caller recognition depend on how your account is set up and on caller ID being available.
Your responsibilities
- Give us an accurate menu, prices, opening hours, delivery areas and ordering rules, and tell us about changes promptly.
- Check test orders before going live, and review orders as part of your normal process.
- Keep allergen information accurate. Lora passes on what you provide; you remain responsible for allergen advice and food safety.
- Tell callers that calls may be handled by an AI assistant and recorded, where required.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing periods and any setup charges are set out in your order form. [To be supplied: pricing and payment terms]
Availability
We aim to keep Lora available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Calls can be set to forward back to your staff if the service is unavailable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to [To be supplied: liability cap], and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
Ending the service
Either side can end the service with [To be supplied: notice period] written notice. We may suspend the service if fees are unpaid or it is misused.
Data protection

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
